SRX1452270: Sinocyclocheilus anshuiensis RNA-seq data
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2000) run: 47M spots, 8.5G bases, 5.4Gb downloads

Design: We sequenced the transcriptome of Sinocyclocheilus anshuiensis
Submitted by: Beijing Genome Institute (BGI)
Study: Sinocyclocheilus Genome sequencing and assembly
show Abstracthide Abstract
An emerging cavefish model, the cyprinid genus Sinocyclocheilus, is endemic to the massive southwestern karst area joined to the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau of China. In order to understand how orogeny influenced the evolution of these species, and how genomes change under isolation, especially in subterranean habitats, we performed whole-genome sequencing of Sinocyclocheilus grahami, S. rhinocerous and S. anshuiensis.
